Welcome to Shalom Care Services. Our goal is to offer quality services through our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) of Respite (RSP), Attendant Care (ATC), Individually Designed Living Arrangements (HAI), Transportation (TRA) & Habilitation (HAH); as well as Day Treatment and Training – Adult (DTA). Group Supported Employment (GSE), Transportation Services to members who are eligible for services through the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD).
The HCBS program provides individualized services and prompt support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living with their families, in their own homes or other community settings, such as group homes. It provides opportunities to serve individuals in need of long-term care to remain in their own homes, or live with their families, decreasing the need for institutional care.
SHALOM CARE SERVICES is established to lend a helping hand and provide quality services to people with intellectual disabilities to attain or maintain a safe and sanitary living condition and maintain personal cleanliness and activities of daily living to enhance their overall health and general wellbeing leading to successful roles in society.
