Our goal is to offer quality services through our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) of Respite (RSP), Attendant Care (ATC), Individually Designed Living Arrangements (HAI), Transportation (TRA) & Habilitation (HAH); as well as Day Treatment and Training – Adult (DTA). Group Supported Employment (GSE), Transportation Services to members who are eligible for services through the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD).
